Luna Match is a free, ad-supported entertainment app — a for-fun moon-phase love test and couple quiz. By installing or using it, you agree to these Terms. All results are for fun only and are not scientific, psychological, or relationship advice.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use Luna Match ("the App") on Android devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the App.
Luna Match is provided purely for entertainment and social sharing. Moon-phase comparisons, quizzes, rankings, "match scores" and other results are generated for fun and have no scientific, astrological, psychological, medical or relationship-advice value. Do not rely on them to make real decisions about relationships or any other matter.
The App, including its design, code, graphics and content, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright. You agree not to:
The App is free and supported by advertising. By using the App you acknowledge that ads will be displayed and that ad and attribution partners process limited data as described in our Privacy Policy. The App currently offers no in-app purchases or subscriptions; if paid features are added later, their price and terms will be shown before purchase.
The dates you enter and results you save are stored locally and are removed when you clear the App's data or uninstall it. Available features depend on your device.
The App, including its design, code, graphics and trademarks, is owned by us or our licensors. Except for the license granted above, no rights are transferred to you.
THE APP AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we make no representation that any result is accurate or meaningful.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. Because the App is provided free of charge, our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed USD 10.00.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the developer from any claims, damages, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the App or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
This license remains in effect until terminated. It terminates automatically if you breach these Terms. You may terminate it at any time by uninstalling the App. Sections that by their nature should survive (disclaimers, liability limits, indemnification) will survive.
The App is distributed through Google Play. This agreement is between you and the developer only, not with Google. Google is not responsible for the App or its content. Your use must comply with the Google Play Terms of Service, and your data is handled per the Google Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the developer's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence are not affected.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
